Meet Dr. Tom Browning

Dr. Browning has been associated with Hyde Eyecare since 1991. Dr. Browning graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his medical degree from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine, Memphis in 1985. He completed his training in Ophthalmology in 1991. Dr. Browning is Board Certified in Ophthalmology with fellowship training as a Retinal Specialist.

He specializes in surgery of the eye and treatment of eye diseases including Glaucoma, Cataracts, and Diabetes. He is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Browning lives in Knoxville with his wife Sheri and their two daughters Toni and Ashley. In his free time he enjoys biking and spending time with his family.
